Extended description:

Our latest QUIKSLING MK2 variant - the SAR Professional - has been re-engineered to be a product for cockpit storage on all-weather lifeboats operating in heavy seas. Designed to be pre-assembled before use, it can be rapidly prepared from storage by the crew before the lifeboat leaves harbour, en-route to an incident or a few minutes before needed to save a life from the sea.

It enables lifeboat crew to reach out and fully secure a person at a distance away from the vessel before hoisting them alongside and up aboard in one continuous action - even in the most adverse weather. This removes need for the lifeboat to be right alongside an in-water person in very heavy seas to get them into a hoisting means for their recovery from sea.

NOTE: Lloyd's certification does not extend to the MK3 yet but an offer has been made from Lloyd's to future approve it as a MK2 variant.
